PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1160 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton recommending to the <br />City Council approval of a Study District <br />for certain properties tributary to the Sunol <br />Sewage Treatment Plant. <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held Public Hearings regarding <br />the possibility of placing in a Study District <br />certain undeveloped properties tributary to <br />the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton did review certain pertinent maps, <br />drawings, documents and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED <br />DATE: February 22, 1972 <br />that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City Council <br />that, with the exception of Vintage Hills <br />area Units 7, 9 and 10; Morrison Homes' <br />properties and the Pleasanton Greens parcel, <br />which are to be reviewed further, those properti <br />indicated on the exhibits be placed in a Study <br />District fora maximum period of six months to <br />be reviewed as indicated on the exhibits in the <br />individual areas and with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the exhibit indicated as Blow-up A <br />be further divided down Main Street to make <br />a total of four individual area maps. <br />2. That the staff provide the Commission with <br />a time table for the review of the areas in <br />question. <br />by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 22nd day of February, 1972, <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons and <br />Chairman Garrigan. <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wood <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ATTEST: Acting Secretary Aiello <br />r~~i~l~'~ ~it=~~~- <br />Vince Aiell Acting Secretary Howard T.
