PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1169 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton, denying V-72-6. <br />EREAS, the appeal of Charles W. Crabb to a denial <br />by the Zoning Administrator to install an <br />ice vending machine at the Shell Service <br />Station at 5251 Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, <br />has come before this Board, and, <br />EREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a hearing on this appeal <br />and has examined pertinent testimony, <br />and drawings and finds the following to be <br />evident: <br />1. That approval of this request would be <br />inconsistent with the policy of the Planning <br />Commission regarding non-related services <br />being provided on the sites of service stations <br />within the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That approval of this request would <br />be contrary to condition number 18 of the <br />conditional use permit for this site, which <br />reads as follows: '°That trailer rentals, <br />auto towing facilities and equipment and other <br />non-related services shall be prohibited on <br />said premises. Said condition is hereby appli- <br />cable to the property owner and to the leasee <br />of said property." <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby denies the appeal <br />of Charles W.
