PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1171 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton approving PR-72-4. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did review the overall <br />development plan for the 105-acre Youth Sports <br />and Recreation Park prepared by Mr. AL Dutchover <br />dated December 7, 1970; and <br />~gEAg~ said park will include eight Little League <br />baseball diamonds, two Babe Ruth baseball <br />diamonds, two night lighted men's softball <br />diamonds, one regulation Junior football field, <br />one regulation soccer field, off street parking <br />facilities for 500 cars, one swimming lagoon <br />with beach and dressing facilities, two children's <br />play apparatus areas and approximately 35 acres <br />for a general park area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission hereby <br />recommends the overall development plan for the <br />Youth Sports and Recreation Park, adding the <br />following: <br />1. That the land uses of the park be submitted <br />for review by the Planning Commission. <br />2. That the City's Planning Consultant review <br />the proposal with respect to the traffic <br />circulation, especially along Hopyard Road. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 28th day of March, 1972, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, <br />Pons, Wood and Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />~~ <br />Howard T. arr ban, C irman <br />Date: March 28, 1972 <br />
