PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1253 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving Z-73-44. <br />WHEREAS, the application of J. Jack Bras for Jerry <br />Bindi for design review approval to allow <br />the construction of a 4,426 sq. ft. res- <br />taurant to be constructed on property located <br />at 348 St. Marys Street, zoning for the <br />property being C-C (Community Commercial) <br />District, has come before this Board, and <br />the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves this <br />application subject to the following con- <br />ditions: <br />1. That the elevations, size and plan of <br />the restaurant be exactly as shown on the <br />plot plan and elevations marked Exhibit A <br />on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That the landscape plan be as shown in <br />Exhibit A on file with the Planning Division, <br />except that additional shrubs be shown in <br />all planting areas and the exact location of <br />these shrubs be approved by the Department of <br />Community Development. <br />3. That the eight parking spaces shown <br />immediately south of the restaurant be stripe <br />and bumper stopped, and that they have the <br />minimum paved dimensions of 9 ft. x 19 ft. <br />4. That the proponents not remove any <br />heritage trees on the site without City <br />Council approval. <br />5. That a 2" x 4" inch redwood header <br />be installed wherever asphalt paving abuts <br />landscaping. <br />6. That if a sign is desired, the appli- <br />cants submit said application for review <br />and approval by the Design Review Board <br />of the City. <br />7. That a building permit survey (boundary <br />and topography) conforming to the requiremen <br />of Ordinance No. 387 be submitted to and <br />approved by the Director of Engineering <br />Services prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />
