PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1255 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />to the City Council, the adoption of an <br />ordinance amendment pertaining to prohibited <br />uses. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton for an amendment <br />to Section 2-6.12, Article 5 and Section <br />2-6.23 of Article 6, Chapter 2, Title II of <br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />relating to Prohibited Uses, has come before <br />this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton, has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has reviewed pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton does hereby recommend <br />to the City Council the adoption of the pro- <br />posed ordinance amendment to read as follows: <br />§2-6.12 (Required Conditions), Article 5, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of <br />the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />§2-6.12 Reauired Conditions. All uses <br />shall comply with the regulations pre- <br />~ scribed in Article 3 (Site, Yard, Bulk, <br />Usable Open Space, and Screening and <br />Landscaping Regulations). <br />§2-6.12(a) (Prohibited Uses) is hereby added <br />to Article 5, Chapter 2, Title II of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to <br />read as follows: <br />§2-6.12(a) Prohibited Uses. The fol- <br />lowing uses shal not be permitted: <br />a. Any use not specifically or condition- <br />ally permitted by this Article. <br />b. Barbed wire fences or any fence which <br />has attached to it, for purposes of <br />prohibiting people or animals from <br />climbing the same, barbed wire regard- <br />less of type, with the following <br />exceptions: <br />
