PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton., California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1278 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving <br />AP-74-1. <br />WHEREAS, the appeal of Randy Hadley to a de- <br />cision of the Zoning Administrator to <br />operate an automotive repair business <br />in a residential district at 648 St. <br />John Street, Pleasanton in an R-1-6500 <br />District has come before this Commission, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a hearing on this <br />matter and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton does hereby grant <br />said appeal subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the business hours be from <br />8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through <br />Saturday; shop hours to be from 8:00 <br />A.M. to 10:00 P.M. From the 6:00 P.M. <br />closing time there will be shop work <br />until 10:00 P.M., however, there will <br />be no noise permitted to disturb the <br />residents in the area. <br />2. That noise will be kept at a mini- <br />mum during all shop operations. <br />3. That there will be no unsightly <br />objects, carports or dismantled cars <br />visible to the residents in the imme- <br />diate area and will not disturb the <br />appearance or the characteristics of <br />the residential neighborhood. <br />4. That there will be no disturbing <br />odors from the operations of said garage <br />to aggrevate the residents in the imme- <br />diate area. <br />5. That no signs referring to the <br />business be allowed. <br />6. That the applicant comply with <br />all the requirements of Uniform Fire <br />Code. <br />7. That no cars be parked on the street <br />in the vicinity of the business. <br />
