PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1286 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton recommending to the <br />City Council the adoption of GPA-74-2. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Joseph Madden for an <br />amendment to the General Plan of the City <br />of Pleasanton for those two parcels of land <br />totalling approximately 5 acres in size <br />located between Santa Rita Road and the <br />Tassajara canal, approximately 900 feet south <br />of Highway 580 from high density residential <br />land use to commercial service has come before <br />this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents and has made the follow- <br />ing findings: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will be in <br />the public interest and general welfare: <br />2.
