PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1288 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton recommending to the <br />City Council the adoption of GPA-74-3. <br />WHEREAS, the application of John and William Bush for <br />an amendment to the General Plan of the City <br />of Pleasanton for that 25.4 acres of land <br />located immediately south of Mohr Avenue <br />and east of the Southern Pacific Railroad <br />tracks in Pleasanton to show agriculture as <br />opposed to limited industrial land use, has <br />come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents and has made the <br />following findings: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will be in <br />the public interest and general welfare. <br />2.
