PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0, 1294 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton recommending to the <br />City Council the adoption of RZ-74-1. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Patrick Gill to rezone from <br />the A (Agricultural) to the I-P (Industrial <br />Park) or I-G (General Industrial) District <br />approximately 11.1 acres of land located imme- <br />diately east of the Southern Pacific Railroad <br />tracks and approximately 680 feet north west <br />of the intersection of Oakland and Mohr Avenues <br />has come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its meeting of April <br />10, 1974, adopted Resolution No. 1285 recom- <br />mending that the General Plan be amended to <br />show the area now under consideration as limited <br />industrial. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton does hereby recommend to the <br />City Council the approval of RZ-74-1 as follows: <br />That this parcel be rezoned from the A (Agri- <br />cultural) to I-P (Industrial Park) District <br />and that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby further finds that said <br />rezoning is consistent with the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 8th day of May, 1974 by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carrigan, <br />McLain, Pons, Wood and <br />Chairman Pereira <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />DATED: May 8, 1974 <br />ATTEST: <br />;" ! <br />Rober°t~Hur ~s~,Secretary <br />L.
