PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1295 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving RZ-74-4. <br />WHEREAS, the application of John and William Busch and <br />DeVor Nurseries, Inc. to prezone from A <br />(Agricultural as defined by the Zoning Code <br />of the County of Alameda) to A (Agricultural <br />as defined by the Ordinance Code of the City <br />of Pleasanton) 25.4 acres of land located <br />immediately south of Mohr Avenue and imme- <br />diately east of the Southern Pacific Railroad <br />tracks has come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at its meeting of <br />April 10, 1974, adopted Resolution No. 1288 <br />recommending that the General Plan be amended <br />to show the area now under consideration as <br />agricultural. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton does hereby find that <br />this prezoning is consistent with the recom- <br />mended amendments to the General Plan of the <br />City of Pleasanton which is now before the <br />City Council and recommends to the City <br />Council the adoption of RZ-74-4 as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED <br />DATE: May 8, 1974 <br />ATTEST: <br />by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 8th day of May, 1974 by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carrigan, <br />McLain, Pons Wood and <br />Chairman Pereira <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />Robe r- t'J:'Har is~etary - <br />L.
