PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1296 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton recommending to <br />the City Council the approval of RZ-74-3. <br />the application of Joseph Madden to rezone <br />from A (Agricultural) to C-S (Commercial <br />Service) District approximately 5 acres <br />located between Santa Rita Road and the <br />Tassajara Canal approximately 900 feet south <br />of Interstate Highway 580 in Pleasanton <br />has come before this Commission, and, <br />REAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents, and <br />RE AS, the Planning Commission, at its meeting of <br />April 10, 1974, adopted Resolution No. 1286 <br />recommending that the General Plan be amended <br />to show the area now under consideration as <br />Commercial Service. <br />OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton makes the finding that <br />this rezoning request is consistent with <br />the recommended amendment to the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton which is now before <br />the City Council and recommends to the City <br />Council the adoption of RZ-74-3 as petitioned. <br />SED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 8th day of May by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carrigan, <br />McLain, Pons, Wood and <br />Chairman Pereira <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />May 8, 1974 <br />ST: <br />rt ~ arras, Secretary L.
