City of Pleasanton, An Incorporated Municipality (Applicant), has <br />requested PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation (PG&E), to <br />provide for the installation of electric facilities and to deliver <br />electric energy to t~~a ed at <br />Pleasanton Sports Park, Hopyard Rd. & Valley Ave <br />and described in Exhibit B -Location Map.These facilities shall be installed in accordance with <br />the applicable rules on file with the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and the <br />requirements set forth in the Provisions attached and made part of this agreement. <br />2. Construction Options <br />Applicant hereby agrees to have: <br />Q PG&E install electric facilities under Option 1, Shared Construction provisions <br />of PG&E's Rule 15 and 16, as applicable.* <br />Applicant t0 pertorm trenching, conduit and substructure installation. <br />^ PG8~E install not applicable facilities under Option 2, Competitive Bidding provisions <br />of PG&E's Rule 15 and 16, as applicable.' <br />N/A to perform N/A installation. <br />^ A qualified Contractor install not applicable facilities under Option 2, Competitive Bidding <br />provisions of PGBE's Rule 15 and 16, as applicable." <br />^ other: N/A <br />^ Other: N/A <br />* Once the Applicant selects either Option 1, Shared Construction or Option 2, Competitive <br />Bidding, the option selection is final and cannot be changed.
