01-25-84/net - 3263S THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~ day of 1984, by and between the .CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called "City", and PACIFIC BELL, a California corporation, hereinafter called "Pacific". WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, on February 23, 1982, the City Council of City under the authority of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 adopted Resolution No. 82-75 entitled "Resolution of Intention to Order Improvement in Assessment District 1982-1" wherein City finds that the land specially benefited by the improvements is shown within the boundaries of the map entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of Assessment District 1982-1. City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California"; and therefore. established Assessment District 1982-1, hereinafter called "District"; and WHEREAS, on March 8, 1983, the City Council of City adopted Resolution No. 83-82 entitled "Resolution Amending Resolution of Intention Assessment District 1982-1, Dublin Canyon Road Improvements". Wherein the City Council of City resolves: This Council intends to order the improvements under the authority of The Municipal Improvement Act of 1913; and WHEREAS, this Agreement is entered into pursuant to the provisions of Section 10110 of the California Streets and Highways Code; and WHEREAS, all property owners in the District are or will be required by ordinance or other legislation, or all have agreed or will agree to provide and maintain the underground
