AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATIOPI AND MAIe1TEIJAYICE OF LANDSCAPING THIS AGREEMENT is made this third day of February 19 82 between TP.Ar1rZELL CROW COP"PAP1Y hereafter referred to as "Property Owner" and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, hereafter referred to as "City". R E C I T A L S THIS AGREEMENT IS BASED UFON THE FOLLOWING FACTS: (1) Property owner is the o~.•ner of real property in the City of Pleasanton described in Exhibit "A", attached to this Agreement and made a part of it by this reference; (2) On August 13 , 1981 , the City granted a Design Review Board approval to said property; (3) By the terms of the Design Review Board approval, property owner is required to install and maintain landscaping in accordance with a plan, to be approved by the Planning Department prior to Build- ing Permit approval; (4) Both parties recognize that the installation and maintenance of landscaping is an integral part of the property owner's plan for development of the property. NO[4, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BETV7EEA1 THE PARTIES, as follows: 1. Purpose. The purpose of this Agreement is to assure (a) installation in accordance with the landscaping plan previously approved by the City and (b) continued maintenance and care of the landscaping.
