A G R E E M E N T <br />THIS AGREEMEZIT is made and entered into on the tnira <br />day of February 1982 , by and between TRAN~IELL CROW <br />COMPANY OF 2180 Sand Hi11 Road, Suite 100, Menlo Park, <br />California 94025 (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") and <br />the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation, of 200 Bernal <br />Avenue, Pleasanton, California 94566 (hereinafter referred <br />to as "City"). The City and Developer agree as set. forth <br />below. <br />LvT I T N E S SET ~i <br />WHEREAS, Developer is the owner. of real property in the <br />City of Pleasanton described in Exhibit "A", attached to this <br />agreement and made a part of it by reference, which consists <br />generally of 2.675 acres located between I-580 and Stoneridge <br />Mall Road approximately 1,100 feet east of the intersection <br />of Canyon Way and Stoneridge Mall Road immediately east of <br />the Breuners' site (hereinafter referred to as the "project <br />site"); and <br />WHEREAS, Developer has received approval for a 60,000 <br />square foot, four-story office building. to be constructed <br />on the project site (hereinafter referred to as subject <br />project) ; and <br />WHEREAS, prior to approving the project, City adopted a <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration in which certain measures were <br />mutually agreed upon by City and Developer so as to avoid <br />potential significant adverse impacts; and <br />-1- <br />
