CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF GREENWASTE CONTAINERS <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 3, day of ep rembh/ 1996, by <br />and between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as <br />the "City whose address is 123 Main Street, Pleasanton, CA, and telephone number is <br />510/484 -8008, and TOTER, INC., (hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, agreements and <br />conditions contained herein, City and Vendor agree as follows: <br />Containers <br />WITNESSETH: <br />Vendor agrees to sell to City, and City agrees to purchase from vendor, ventilated, wheeled, <br />64 -gallon plastic containers "Containers more particularly described in "Exhibit A, Vendor <br />Proposal," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />The Container specifications shall be as described in Exhibit A, and shall consist of the <br />following: <br />1. Description <br />64- gallon ventilated yardwaste container <br />Model No. 57864 <br />Color: Green <br />Minimum 10% post consumer recycled content <br />2. Printing/lettering <br />The containers shall have the following wording hot stamped in white lettering, covering <br />an area of 4 inches by 11 inches on the container lid as follows: <br />"DO NOT REMOVE CONTAINER FROM PREMISES" <br />Pleasanton, CA <br />The containers shall have the following wording hot stamped in white lettering on the <br />container sides: <br />"YARD WASTE ONLY" <br />1 <br />
