PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1067 <br />A. resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the <br />granting of Zone Amendment No. RZ-71-1, filed by Frank V. <br />Kreske and Robert J. Myers. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />considered Zoae Amendment Petition No. RZ-71-1, filed by <br />Frank V. Kreske and Robert J. Myers to amend the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton by rezoning from the <br />RM-4000 (Multiple) District to the P (Public and Institu- <br />tional) District that property described as a portion of <br />Parcel 25, Assessor's Mep Book 99, Page 19, containing <br />1.63 acres, more or Less, <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on this petition <br />and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings and documents <br />and finds that the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to <br />the spirit and intent of the General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest <br />and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable <br />condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton hereby recommends to City Council the approval <br />of RZ-71-1, sub3ect to the following conditions: <br />1. That a Minor Subdivision for said property be filed and <br />approved by the City. <br />2. That the applicant submit a specific proposal to the <br />Public Works Department regarding the circulation of <br />Del Sol Avenue and the remaining RM-4000 area, as well as <br />the possibility of his area having a double frontage lot. <br />3. That prior to approval of the Minor Subdivision, a <br />circulation plan for Del Sol Avenue is approved by the <br />Public Works Department. <br />4. That the remainder of the parcel not now included in <br />this rezoning remain in the RM-4000 (Multiple) District. <br />
