PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1069 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Stones on Development <br />Corporation for approval of final development <br />plan for P.U.D. 69-5, Tract 3150, Stone ridge <br />Townhouses, located south of Stoneridge Drive <br />and east of Springdale Avenue, Pleasanton, <br />containing 30 acres, more or less, has come <br />before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves said appli- <br />cation subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the propert <br />as described in the application any attachments <br />thereto and as shown on the attached plan <br />labeled Exhibit A. <br />2. That the applicant adhere to the land- <br />scaping plans as shown on the plan labeled <br />Exhibit A. <br />3. That the applicant provide street trees <br />in accordance with the Public Works Department. <br />4. That the applicant adhere to the archi- <br />tectural elevations as shown on the plans <br />labeled Exhibit A. <br />5. That the applicant submit color samples <br />of his exterior materials for approval by this <br />department. <br />6. That the applicant provide a 2x4 redwood <br />header where landscaping abuts asphalt paving. <br />7. That the applicant submit the design of <br />the light standards for approval by this depart <br />ment. <br />8. That the applicant adhere to the recom- <br />mendations of the Public Works Department. <br />9. That the developer' complete negotiations <br />with the Director of Public Works for the <br />satisfactory resolvement of problems pertaining <br />to adequate water service to this development. <br />10. That more detailed information be presente <br />on the proposed street lights for the private <br />drives. This information should include pictur s <br />or sketches in color showing the complete typic 1 <br />installation, mounting height of the fixture, <br />lighting characteristics of the fixture and <br />monthly energy cost per light. <br />11. That the type of bridge to be constructed <br />over Gold Creek be specifically specified as <br />a pedestrian bridge. <br />
