PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1075 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Raymond E. Morris fora conditional <br />use permit to allow the repairing, restoring and sale <br />of old clock in his home located at 823 Rose Avenue, <br />Pleasanton, as a home occupation, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-71-5 be approved subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the property as <br />described in the application and any attachments thereto. <br />2. That said permit will run in conjunction with the <br />applicant's business license and must be renewed yearly <br />by the Planning Commission; said permit to expire on <br />July 1, 1972, and renewal on a yearly basis from that time. <br />3. That the applicant must obtain a business license <br />from the Finance Department, renewal on July 1 of each <br />year. <br />4.
