PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 1076 <br /> A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br /> of Pleasanton, recommending to City Council the <br /> amendment to Sec. 2-5.38(f), of Title 3 of Chapter 2 <br /> of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission did consider said amendment <br />, regarding sideyard fencing as it pertains to the <br /> street side of a corner lot, <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission did hold a public hearing <br />, and considered all pertinent matters involved, <br />THEREFORE <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does <br />, hereby amend said Sec. 2-5.38(f), to read as follows: <br /> "2-5.38 Side and Rear Yards; Requirements and <br /> Exceptions <br />(f) Fences, walls and hedges not over 6 ft. <br />in height and walks, driveways and retaining <br />walls may occupy a required side or rear <br />yard except that they shall not be permitted <br />in in the side yard on the street side of a <br />corner lot." <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of ttheCfollowinlevo[eton <br />on the 23rd day of March, 1971, by 8 <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Wood and <br />Vice Chairman Pons <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Garrigan <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello <br />Date: March 23, 1971 <br />Attest• <br />C%" <br />Vince Aiello, Acting Secretary Eu ne D.
