AGREEMENT REGARDING <br />BERNAL AVENUE EXTENSION <br />This Agreement is made and entered into on the <br />TH day of July, 1987 by and between the City of <br />Pleasanton, a municipal corporation hereinafter referred to <br />as "City" and Jennifer Lin and Frederick Lin hereinafter <br />referred to as "Lin". <br />ARTICLE I <br />RECITALS <br />1.1 Whereas Lin is the owner of certain real <br />property commonly referred to as the Kottinger Ranch <br />consisting of 230 acres plus or minus Assessor's Parcel <br />Numbers 946-2300-2-4 and 946-2300-2-5. The property is more <br />specifically described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />1.2 Lin and City entered into a Long Term <br />Agreement for the development of the Kottinger Ranch, dated <br />June 17, 1986. <br />1.3 Lin cannot build or subdivide the units <br />approved in the Long Term Agreement for the years 1988, <br />1989, 1990 and 1991 until construction has commenced on a <br />functional extension of Bernal Avenue from its terminus at <br />1 <br />
