PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1080 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton in support of Underground <br />Utility District 71-1. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the request <br />of the Director of Public Works as noted in his <br />memorandum of April 8, 1971, reaffirming the <br />City's desire to proceed with the street furniture <br />program for the Central Business District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission hereby <br />resolves to support Utility District 71-1, which <br />will include the area on Main Street Lying between <br />Rose Avenue and the post Office; said district to <br />underground all electrical, telephone and Cable <br />T.V. facilities. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 13th day of April, 1971, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, <br />Wood and Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello <br />Date: April 13, 1971 <br />Attest:; ~ ~' <br />Vince Aiello, Acting Secretary Howard T.
