Box 520 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />AGREEMENT TO RESERVE EASEMENTS <br />THIS AGREEMENT TO RESERVE EASEMENTS is made this ~-I <br />day of Apri12003 between John R. Jordan and Denva L. Jordan, Trustees of <br />the John R. Jordan and Denva L. Jordan Trust Agreement, dated 11/17/89, <br />and Manny Del Arroz and Juanita Del Arroz (collectively, "Property <br />Owners"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. Property Owners are the owners of record of the following <br />described real property in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State <br />of California: Lots 1, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33, <br />and 34, Tract 7372, filed , 2003 in Map Book ,Page <br />,Alameda County Records. <br />B. The Final Map for Tract 7372 identifies on the map certain <br />private access easements (P.A.E.), private utility easements (P.U.E.), <br />private storm drain easements (P.S.D.E.) and private sanitary sewer <br />easements (P.S.S.E.); these easements benefit and burden the lots described <br />in Recital A. <br />C. Because some of the lots may be owned by the same Property <br />Owners, not all of the private easements can be created of record at this <br />time; they will need to be created when the lots are sold separately. <br />D. Property Owners wish at this time to record this Agreement by <br />which they agree to reserve the private easements as described herein. <br />E. The clause "When Lot is first transferred from Lot "refers to <br />the first transfer of the Lot after the recording date of this Agreement. <br />
