Box 520 Pleasanton, CA 94566 AGREEMENT TO RESERVE EASEMENTS THIS AGREEMENT TO RESERVE EASEMENTS is made this ~-I day of Apri12003 between John R. Jordan and Denva L. Jordan, Trustees of the John R. Jordan and Denva L. Jordan Trust Agreement, dated 11/17/89, and Manny Del Arroz and Juanita Del Arroz (collectively, "Property Owners"). RECITALS A. Property Owners are the owners of record of the following described real property in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California: Lots 1, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33, and 34, Tract 7372, filed , 2003 in Map Book ,Page ,Alameda County Records. B. The Final Map for Tract 7372 identifies on the map certain private access easements (P.A.E.), private utility easements (P.U.E.), private storm drain easements (P.S.D.E.) and private sanitary sewer easements (P.S.S.E.); these easements benefit and burden the lots described in Recital A. C. Because some of the lots may be owned by the same Property Owners, not all of the private easements can be created of record at this time; they will need to be created when the lots are sold separately. D. Property Owners wish at this time to record this Agreement by which they agree to reserve the private easements as described herein. E. The clause "When Lot is first transferred from Lot "refers to the first transfer of the Lot after the recording date of this Agreement.
