REII~IIRSII~IENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />TELEMETRY AND INSPECTION SERVICES <br />FOR CANYON MEADOWS PUMP STATION <br />THIS AGREEMENT is entered into at Pleasanton, <br />California, this day of , 1989, by and <br />between the CITY OF PLEASANTON, gen ral law city located in <br />Alameda County, California ("City") and J L CONSTRIICTION <br />COMPANY, a California corporation ("Developer") with <br />reference to the following facts. <br />A. Developer is the owner of certain real property in <br />the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, commonly known as "Canyon Meadows Development <br />Site," APN 941-1600-5-6 (the "Property"). Developer has <br />obtained City approval of a tentative subdivision map for a <br />244 unit condominium project to be constructed on the <br />Property. <br />B. In connection with construction described above, <br />Developer is required to construct a water pump station <br />along the Dublin Canyon Road right-of-way. <br />C. City desires to contract directly with CDM and <br />A.T.E.E.M. for inspection services, shop drawing review, <br />telemetry and prepare related documents for Canyon Meadows <br />Pump Station. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED as follows: <br />1. Work. Developer is constructing the Canyon Meadows <br />Pump Station as per plans and specifications approved by the <br />City Engineer. As part of the construction, City desires to <br />contract directly with its consultants to complete telemetry, <br />shop drawing review, assist in change orders, periodic <br />inspection, inspection of temporary and permanent facilities, <br />prepare as-built drawings, and prepare operation and <br />maintenance manuals. <br />2. Reimbursement. Developers agree to reimburse City <br />for all costs for all work described in Paragraph 1 above. <br />No overhead shall be charged by the City. Developer shall <br />make payment to the City within thirty (30) days after the <br />receipt of invoices from City or its consultants. <br />3. Amount. Developers shall pay the City or its <br />consultants a total amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($50,000) for the work described in Paragraph 1. <br />4. Term. This agreement shall remain in effect until <br />such time as the Canyon Meadows Pump Station is completed and <br />accepted by the City or no later than July 1, 1990. <br />
