Courtney <br />Foothill Investment Group <br />of (hereinafter referred to <br />j <br />as "Developer") and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal <br />corporation, 200 Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, California (herein- <br />after referred to as "City"). The City and Developer agree <br />as set forth below. <br />W I T N E S SETH <br />j~P.EAS, Developer is the owner of real property in the <br />City of Pleasanton described in Exhibit "A", attached to this <br />agreement and made a part of it by reference, <br />generally of 5720 Stoneridge Mall Road <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "project site");and <br />WHEREAS, Developer has received approval for <br />The Medical Center, a Medical Office Building <br />(hereinafter referred to as subject project); and <br />WHEREAS, prior to approving the project, City adopted a <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration in which certain measures were <br />mutually agreed upon by City and Developer so as to avoid <br />potential significant adverse impacts; and. <br />which. consists <br />-1- <br />
