Payment Terms: (Strike through and initial the paragraph which does not apply) a. This sale is subject to a purchase lease agreement properly executed by the Customer and accepted by FATS. 3. Security Interest: FATS or its assignee shall have a purchase money security interest in the products until all charges are paid in full. Customer agrees to execute and deliver any documents reasonably requested by FATS for the purpose of protecting and perfecting said security interest. 4. Taxes: Customer agrees to pay all taxes, use fees, licenses, and permits related in any way to the purchase,-leRSe, use, or services provided. A current tax exempt form must be submitted with a Purchase Order to exclude taxes. 5. Effective Date and Acceptance by FATS: a. This agreement becomes effective after it has been signed by the Customer, upon the date the Purchase Order is accepted by FATS. b. FATS cannot accept a Purchase Order for processing unless accompanied with: (1) An original signed copy of Agreement, properly signed by the Customer; (2) A notarized copy of the Customer's Federal Firearms License with official signature, together with any other firearms-related documents as may be required by law; or appropriate exemption documents if applicable; (3) A properly executed lease-purchase agreement, accepted by FATS; or the ten percent down payment as required above; (4) Acceptance is contingent upon satisfactory credit approval by FATS or a FATS approved leasing agent; and (5) If a tax exemption is claimed, a current tax exempt form must be provided. 6.
