AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATIOrd AND MAIidTEI•dAP1CE <br />OF LANDSCAPING <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made this 9th day of February <br />1982 , between F.I.G. HOLDING COMPANY , <br />hereafter referred to as "Property Owner" and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />a municipal corporation, hereafter referred to as "City". <br />S~ANN~ <br />R E C I T A L S <br />THIS AGREEMENT IS BASED UFON THE FOLLOWING FACTS: <br />(1) Property owner is ttie owner of real property in the City of <br />Pleasanton described in Exhibit "A", attached to this Agreement and <br />made a part of it by this reference; <br />(2) On July 14 1981 , the City granted a Planned <br />Unit Development approval to said property; <br />(3) By the terms of the City Council appraval, property <br />owner is required to install and maintain landscaping in accordance <br />with a plan, to be approved by the Planning Department prior to Build- <br />ing Permit approval; <br />(4) Both parties recognize that the installation and maintenance <br />of. landscaping is an integral part of the property owner's plan for <br />development of the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BETVdEED1 THE PARTIES, as follows: <br />1. Purpose. The purpose of this Agreement is to assure (a) <br />installation in accordance with the landscaping plan previously <br />approved by the City and (b) continued maintenance and care of the <br />landscaping. <br />
