AG + + FOR DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br />OF LAND FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT <br />This agreement is entered into the 1st day of December 1992 between the City of Pleasanton, <br />California ("City"), and A.F. Evans Company, Inc. (Developer). <br />WITNESS <br />WI-~REAS, the City of Pleasanton holds title to approximately 9.036 acres of land <br />located at Case Avenue, Assessor Parcel No. 94-158-05, and more particularly described in <br />Exhibit "A" ("Site"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City issued a Request for Proposals dated Apri122, 1992, for a <br />project Developer to plan, design, secure financing and construct amixed-income (including <br />units for low-income tenants) housing project on the Site ("Development"); and <br />WHEREAS, in response to the Request for Proposals, the City has identified <br />Developer as the most qualified to develop the Site; and <br />WHEREAS, Developer intends to establish the Citizens Housing Corporation, a <br />California nonprofit public benefit corporation ("Nonprofit"), to assist in acquiring financing <br />for the Development; and <br />Agreement for Disposition and Development <br />of the Land for Private Development -December 1, 1992 Page 1 <br />
