r~. ~ X . ~ ' <br />~~ <br />REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS AEEMENT entered at Pleasanton, Gal ifornia, this 1- ~~~~~ <br />i ~. 19~, by and between the <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, a general law City, located in Alameda <br />County, California, (hereafter called "City") <br />and <br />AMADOR VALLEY INVESTORS <br />582 Market Street <br />San Francisco, California <br />is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />W I T N E S SETH <br />WHEREAS, City and Developer have entered into, or assumed the <br />obligations of, certain annexation and subdivision agreements which provide <br />that Developer shall plan, finance and construct certain public improve- <br />menu to become the property of the City, and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 466 of the City of Pleasanton, <br />City has determined that Developer must construct and finance facilities that <br />are City's obligation, and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said Ordinance No. 466, Developer is entitled <br />to reimbursement for costs of facilities which are City's obligation, and <br />WHEREAS, Developer has caused to be constructed according to City <br />standards and specifications those facilities delineated on EXHIBIT "A" <br />attached hereto, and <br />WHEREAS, City has inspected and accepted said facilities together <br />with necessary easements or rights-of-way. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: <br />1. City shall reimburse Developer the cost for construction in the amount <br />shown on EXHIBIT "B". <br />~'' <br />
