e ~ ~ ~~ <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR REINIHURSEMENT.FOR <br />STREET IMPROVENIENT COSTS <br />TrIS AGREEMENT, made and entered,inta this day of <br />July., 197$, by and between ALFRED AMAR.AL, ET AL, hereinafter referred <br />to as "Property Owner".and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, hereinafter <br />referred to as ".City." <br />W I T N E S S E T H <br />v~sEREAS, Property Owner is the owner of real property in the <br />City ~.^f Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California as <br />described»on Exhibit A attached hereto and fully incorporated by <br />reference herein; and <br />tiv~IE~'.EAS, Property Owner contemplates that he may desire at some <br />time in the future to divide this real property in conjunction with <br />development thereof; and <br />~~IiEREAS, in order to provide sanitary sewer service to any new <br />parcels =created by contemplated land division, it will be necessary <br />to consrruct sanitary sewer facilities in Peters Avenue from Division <br />Street ~:0 2D0 feet ± southerly of Division Street; and <br />WH~EAS, these sanitary sewer facilities will .serve only property <br />now owred by Property Owner and .consequently will be the responsibility <br />of Property Owner; and <br />WHEREAS, City .contemplates a street improvement project going. <br />to bid in the near future which will construct new street improvements <br />to Peters Avenue between Rose Avenue and St. Mary Street and will <br />include improvement of that portion where the above-described sanitary <br />sewer facilities needed to serve Property Owner's property would be <br />constructed; and <br />
