~ ~ <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS <br />THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT is made and entered into this <br />day of March, 1993, by and between the CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON (hereafter referred to as "City") and TERRELL BASS and <br />STELLA SHAO, (hereafter referred to as "Owners"). <br />R E C I T A L S <br />WHEREAS, Owners are the owner of real property in the City <br />of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, commonly <br />known as 560 Main Street and 220 and 280 Division Street, and <br />more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference; and <br />WHEREAS, City believes creating a consolidated parking lot <br />open to the general public would be a benefit to all downtown <br />merchants by making off-street parking more accessible and <br />convenient to shoppers and visitors; and <br />WHEREAS, City desires to create the consolidated parking <br />system especially important to downtown merchants during the <br />City's reconstruction of Main Street Project; and <br />- 1 - <br />
