<br /> <br /> <br />DEFERRED STREET INIPROVEP~IENT .AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on the ~~ day of <br />i(~?~ , 1984, by and between KENNETH H. BEST (hereinafter <br />referred to as "Property Owner") and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a <br />municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "City"). The <br />City and Property Owner agree as set forth below. <br />I. RECITALS <br />THIS AGREEMENT.is made with reference to the following facts <br />and objectives: <br />1. Property Owner is the owner of real .property in the <br />City of Pleasanton described in Exhibit "A", attached to this <br />agreement and. made a part of it by this reference, which consists <br />generally of Parcel C of Parcel Map 2771 located on the southwest <br />corner of Valley Avenue and City Street/Boulder Drive. <br />2. Property Owner has applied for .and received City approval <br />to subdivide Parcel.C into two lots. <br />3. Valley Avenue and City Street/Boulder-Drive are essentially <br />undeveloped access drives which do not meet City street standards <br />but are planned to be improved as properties develop along the streets. <br />4.- .As a condition of minor subdivision approval, the Property <br />Owner is required to improve Valley Avenue and City Street/Boulder <br />Drive to City 'standards, said condition being a normal City require- <br />ment and agreed to by the Property Owner. <br />
