CLOSED SESSION: <br />Conference with Legal Counsel of the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton Unified <br />School District -Existing Litigation Pursuant to Government Code §54956.9(a): <br />Signature Properties et al. v. Pleasanton Unified School District, et al. -Case <br />#RG03113376 <br />The meeting reconvened in open session. City Attorney Roush advised that no reportable <br />action was taken in the closed session. <br />5.
