CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Jennifer Hosterman called the meeting of the Geologic Hazard Abatement District Board of Directors to order at 6:55 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Interim City Clerk Jacquelyn Diaz called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Directors Steve Brozosky, Cindy McGovern, Matt Sullivan, Jerry Thorne and Chairperson Hosterman were present. Also present were Nelson Fialho, Executive Director, Michael Roush, Legal Counsel, and Rob Wilson, Director of Public Works. 3. Set Public Hearing for the Annual Assessments for the Geological Hazard Abatement District lGHAD} for Oak Tree Farm. Tract 6563 and Tract 6748: Moller Ranch, Tract 6618: Laurel Creek EstatesLThe Preserve. Oak Hill Estates. and Kolb Ranch Estates}. Tract 6400. Tract 6590. Tract 7045. and Tract 6951: and Lemoine Ranch Estates. Tract 7176. (SR 06:136) Rob Wilson, Director of Public Works presented the staff report. It was moved by Ms. McGovern, seconded by Mr. Sullivan, to adopt Resolution No(s). GHAD 06-001; a Resolution declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within the Oak Tree Farm Geologic Hazard Abatement District, GHAD 06-002, a Resolution declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within the Moller Ranch Geologic Hazard Abatement District: GHAD 06-003 a Resolution declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within the Laurel Creek Estates Geologic Hazard Abatement District; GHAD 06- 004 a Resolution declaring the Board's intention to approve assessments within the Lemoine Ranch Estates Geologic Hazard Abatement District.
