CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Jennifer Hosterman called the meeting of the Geologic Hazard Abatement District Board of Directors to order at 6:55 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Directors Steve Brozosky (arrived at 6:56 p.m.), Cindy McGovem, Matt Sullivan, and Chairperson Hosterman were present. Also present were Nelson Fialho, Executive Director, Michael Roush, Legal Counsel, and Phil Gmbstick, Assistant Director of Public Works/City Engineer. 3. ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE GEOLOGICAL HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT (GHAD) FOR OAK TREE FARM, TRACT 6563 AND TRACT 6748; MOl Jl JER RANCH, TRACT 6618; LAUREL CREEK ESTATES (THE PRESERVE, OAK HII JL ESTATES, AND KOLB RANCH ESTATES), TRACT 6400, TRACT 6590, TRACT 7045, AND TRACT 6951; AND LEMOINE RANCH ESTATES, TRACT 7176. (SR 05:171) Phil Gmbstick, Assistant Director of Public Works/City Engineer, presented the staff report. He noted that a typographical error was made to the Past III of the Engineer's Report for Lemoine Ranch Estates. The total budget for the fiscal year of the District (2005-06) should be in the amount of $6,132.000. Chair Hoster~nan opened the public hearing. There being no speakers, the public hearing was closed. It was moved by Ms. McGovern, seconded by Mr. Sullivan, to adopt Resolution No. 05-005, confirming assessments within the Lemoine Ranch Estates Geologic Hazard Abatement District (Tract 7176) and ordering levy and collection thereof; to adopt Resolution No. 05-006, confirming assessments within the Oak Board of Directors - GHAD 1 06/21/05 Minutes
