SPECIAL MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> January 25, 2005 <br /> <br />1. Call to Order <br /> <br /> Mayor Hosterman called the special meeting of the Pleasanton City <br />Council to order at 8:07 p.m. <br /> <br /> The Deputy City Clerk called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Council Members present were Steve Brozosky, Cindy McGovem, Matt Sullivan <br />and Mayor Jennifer Hosterman. Staff members present were Nelson Fialho, City <br />Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney; Jerry Iserson, Planning Director; Jeff <br />Knowles, Traffic Engineer; and Rob Wilson, Public Works Director. <br /> <br />la. Approval of Minutes of January 11, 2005 Workshop <br /> <br /> Mr. Brozosky referred to page 7, paragraph 5, stating "Mr. Brozosky was <br />unclear how to use the model data presented at this meeting for future decisions <br />if all other date will be changing". He believed that should be "data". <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brozosky, seconded by Mr. Sullivan, to approve the <br />minutes as amended. The motion was approved unanimously. <br /> <br /> Mayor Hosterman indicated the purpose of the special meeting was to <br />make a decision on whether to use Option A or Option B for the general plan <br />update process. <br /> <br />2.
