CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Tom Pico called the meeting of the Geologic Hazard Abatement District Board of Directors to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. ROLLCALL City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Directors Kay Ayala, Steve Brozosky, Jennifer Hosterman, and Mayor Pico were present. Also present were Deborah McKeehan, Executive Director, Michael Roush, Legal Counsel, and Rob Wilson, Director of Public Works. Director Matt Campbell was absent and excused. 3. ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT (GHAD) FOR OAK TREE FARM, TRACT 6563 AND TRACT 6748; MOLLER RANCH, TRACT 6618; LAUREL CREEK ESTATES (THE PRESERVE) TRACT 6400, TRACT 6590 AND TRACT 7045 (OAK HILL ESTATES); AND LEMOINE RANCH ESTATES, TRACT 7176. (SR 04:169) Rob Wilson, Director of Public Works, presented the staff report. There were no public speakers. It was moved by Ms. Ayala, seconded by Mr. Brozosky, to adopt Resolution No. 04-006, confirming assessments within the Oak Tree Farm Geologic Hazard Abatement District (Tracts 6563 and 6748) and ordering levy and collection thereof; to adopt Resolution No. 04-007, confirming assessments within the Moiler Ranch Geologic Hazard Abatement District (Tract 6618) and ordering levy and collection thereof; to adopt Resolution No. 04-008, confirming assessments within Laurel Creek Estates Geologic Hazard Abatement District (The Preserve) (Tracts 6400, 6590, and Tract 7045 - Oak Hills Estates) and ordering levy and collection thereof; Board of Directors - GHAD Minutes 1 07/20104
