Pleasanton Unified School District) <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel concerning Pleasanton's potential participation in <br />pending litigation with Mardell LLC v. Terrasearch, et al. <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel regarding potential litigation involving Signature <br />Properties concerning the Vineyard Avenue Roadway Improvements, PUD Conditions <br />for the Ruby Hill Project and acceptance of public improvements within the Ruby Hill <br />Subdivision. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico <br />at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Steve Brozosky, Jennifer Hosterman, and <br />Mayor Tom Pico. Staffmembers present were: Deborah McKeehan, City Manager; <br />Michael Roush, City Attorney; Steven Bocian, Deputy City Manager; Brian Swift, <br />Director of Planning and Community Development; and Rob Wilson, Director of Public <br />Works. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Matt Campbell was absent and excused. <br />3.
