Pleasanton Unified School District et al.). <br /> <br /> Conference with legal counsel concerning Pleasanton's potential participation in <br />pending litigation with Mardell LLC v. Terrasearch, et al. <br /> <br />Conference regarding personnel matters: recruitment of City Manager. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico <br />at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hosterman led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br />2. ROLLCALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Dawn Abrahamson called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Steve Brozosky, Matt Campbell, Jennifer <br />Hosterman, and Mayor Tom Pico. Staffmembers present were: Deborah McKeehan, <br />City Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney; Dawn Abrahamson, City Clerk; Nelson <br />Fialho, Deputy City Manager; Steven Bocian, Deputy City Manager; Brian Swim, <br />Director of Planning and Community Development; Jim Wolfe, Director of Parks and <br />Community Services; and Tim Neal, Police Chief. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Mayor Pico mentioned that item 4a, approval of the minutes of March 2, 2004, <br />was removed and would be continued to April 6, 2004. <br /> <br /> Ms. McKeehan mentioned that item 4g, approval of reimbursement agreement <br />with Ponderosa Homes for the design and construction of the Iron Horse Trail, fi.om <br />Mohr Avenue to Santa Rita Road, was removed and would be continued to April 6, 2004. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 1 03/16/04 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
