MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />November 19, 2002 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pieo at 7:05 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Ayala led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. She thanked Ms. <br />Michelotti and Ms. Dennis for all their years of service and all the hours they have spent on <br />behalf of the City. She also thanked them for honoring the term limits even though teahnically <br />they did not have to. Ms. Ayala felt it was important to have fresh ideas as the community <br />changes and as new people move in to town. <br /> <br />2. ROLLCALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers <br />present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti and Mayor Tom <br />Pieo. Staffmembers present were: Deborah McKeehan, City Manager; Michael Rom/a, City <br />Attorney; Phillip Grubstick, Interim Director of Public Works-Engineering; Scott Baker, Interim <br />Director of Public Works-Operations; Dave Iremonger, Financial Services Manager/Treasurer; <br />Steve Cusenza, Manager of Utilities; and Tim Neal, Chief of Police. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the following <br />actions on the Consent Calendar be taken: <br /> <br />a.
