MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />April 16, 2002 <br /> <br />6:30 CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Conference with Real Property Negotiator Deborah McKeehan regarding acquisition of a <br />conservation easement on the Koopmann property (Pleasanton/Sunol Road), a temporary <br />construction easement on the Spotorno property, and acquisition of property and a temporary <br />construction easement from Mortensen. <br /> <br /> Conference with Labor Negotiator Deborah McKeehan regarding the Pleasanton City <br />Employees Association. <br /> <br /> Conference with Real Property Negotiator Deborah McKeehan concerning the <br />acquisition of right-of-way along Vineyard Avenue regarding the Lin, Hahner, RMS Lonestar <br />and Simoni properties. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico at 7:06 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Ayala led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. She indicated the <br />Happy Valley annexation process is nearing its conclusion. She and Mayor Pico had attended <br />various neighborhood meetings and she wanted to tell the neighbors that Council is listening to <br />their concerns. She appreciated all the work of City staff and the neighbors to bring this <br />together. <br /> <br />2. ROLLCALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers <br />present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, and Mayor Tom <br />Pico.
