CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico <br />at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Campbell led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk Marsha Schmiegel called the roll, which is recorded as <br />follows: Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, <br />Sharrell Michelotti and Mayor Tom Pico. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta <br />McKeehan, City Manager; Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney; Brian Swit~, Director of <br />Planning; Gail Gilpin, Economic Development Manager; and Phil Grubstick, City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Item 6C - PAP-22 (PSDR-76, Mardel LLC) is continued to 08/21/01. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following <br /> actions be taken: <br /> <br />a. Approve City Council Minutes for July 17, 2001. <br /> <br />b. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 01:026) <br /> No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />c. Approve monthly disbursements, investments, and COPS AB 3229 expenditures <br /> report for June 2001.
