MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />March 6, 2001 <br /> <br />6:45 P.M. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Council met in Closed Session to coffer with real property negotiator Deborah <br />McKeehan regarding acquisition of real property at 3421 Vineyard Avenue from property <br />owner Gary Cedoline. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico <br />at 7:03 p.m. He announced that this meeting was the last event in the Youth in <br />Government Program and several students would be participating in the meeting. <br />Student Jessica Arterburn would be acting as Mayor. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Ayala led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. She deferred <br />to Student Phillip Graft to present comments. <br /> <br /> Mr. Graft related his experiences when he attended the School Board meeting as <br />part of his Youth in Government participation. He appreciated the opportunity to discuss <br />issues with School Board members and to learn what is going on in the City. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> Student Misty Heaton for City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is <br />recorded as follows: Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky <br />Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti and Mayor Tom Pico. Staffmembers present were: Deborah <br />Acosta McKeehan, City Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney; Randall A. Lum, <br />Director of Public Works; Brian Swit~, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; and James W.
