MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />February 20, 2001 <br /> <br />6:15 P.M. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Council met in Closed Session to confer with legal counsel regarding <br />administrative proceedings in front of the Public Utilities Commission regarding the <br />location of the PG&E transmission facilities through Pleasanton and also to confer with <br />legal counsel regarding pending litigation (Standard Pacific v. City of Pleasanton). <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico <br />at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br /> Boy Scout Troop 947 led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti extended condolences on behalf of the City and the Council to the <br />family of Diane Londagin. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, Sharrell <br />Michelotti and Mayor Tom Pico. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta <br />McKeehan, City Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney; Randall A. Lum, Director of <br />Public Works; and Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4.
