MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />January 9, 2001 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico <br />at 7:01 p.m. <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Police Depamnent Color Guard. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala wished everyone a happy new year. She commented about New <br />Year's resolutions and indicated she had four issues when she was first elected. Those <br />issues were developing an acceptable plan for the San Francisco property, resolving <br />sewer issues, developing the Happy Valley golf course and resolving school impact fee <br />issues. Two of those, the San Francisco property and the sewer issues, have been taken <br />care of and she will work on the remaining two this year. She advised Councilmember <br />Campbell to have patience with regard to any issues or goals he may have. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, Sharrell <br />Michelotti and Mayor Tom Pico. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta <br />McKeehan, City Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney; Randall A. Lum, Director of <br />Public Works; Brian Swirl, Director of Planning and Community Development; and <br />James W. Wolfe, Director of Parks and Community Services. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Item 6b, Clarification as to Ruby Hill Conditions of Approval (as to restoration of <br />the Ruby Hill Winery) and proposed modification to conditions precedent to recording <br />the Final Map for Tract7158, was continued at the request of Mayor Pico to February 6, <br />2001. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 1 01/09/01 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
