MINUTES <br /> OF I'HE <br /> MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />August 15. 2000 <br /> <br />6:30 CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> A closed session was held prior to the City Council meeting to confer with Real <br />Propert~ Negotiator, Nelson Fialho, regarding potential purchase of the San Francisco <br />Bcrnal Avenue property. <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tarver at <br />7:05 p.m, <br /> <br /> Councilmember Dennis led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br />2, ROLLCALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Becky Detmis, Shagell Michelotfi, Thomas P. <br />Pico, Jr.. and Mayor Tarvet. Staff members present were Nelson Fialho, Deputy City <br />Manager; Steven Bocian, Deputy City Manager; Michael Roush. City Attorney; Brian W. <br />Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; and Police Chief, Tim Neal. <br /> <br />3, AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Mr. Fialho stated that item 4h, PUD-82-10-SM, Alan and Sally Roberts <br />application for a minor modification, has been continued to 8/28/00. <br /> <br />4.
