CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Becky Dennis called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at <br />7:03 p.m. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico referred to the Caledonian Games held in Pleasanton on September 3-4, 1994, <br />and expressed his appreciation for all the volunteer workers in the community. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Rebecca L. Dennis, Karin Mohr, and Thomas P. Pico Jr. Staff <br />members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Steven Bocian, Assistant City Manager; <br />Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; and Randall A. Lum, Director of Public Works. <br /> <br /> Ben Tarver arrived at 7:45 p.m. and Dorothy Scribner arrived at 8:52 p.m. <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Item 7a, AP-94-07. PUD-80-15-5D-4M/UP-94-10. Caffino. Inc. (Espresso Express). was <br />continued to September 20, 1994. <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro administered the Oath of Office to Trish Maas, Mike Sedlak, <br />and Howard Seebach, newly appointed Park and Recreation Commissioners. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Mr. Pico, that the following actions be taken <br />on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br />09/06/94 <br /> <br />Approve the City Council Minutes for August 16 and August 23, 1994. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
