Councilmember Philcox <br /> and Mayor Kinney were absent. Mr. Scheidig, City Attorney, and Mr. Campbell, <br /> Assistant City Manager/Director of Public Works, were present. Mr. Edgar, City <br /> Manager, was absent. <br /> <br /> AGENDA =.MENDMENTS <br /> Mr~ Campbell requested the following agenda amendments: <br /> <br /> 1oitem 9b - Report, Re: Application for County Gas Tax Appropriation, be moved <br /> to item 4k of the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br />2o Item 10b - Report, Re: COVA Bylaws, Joint Powers Agreement, and Budget for <br /> 1975-76, be continued to the meeting of August 25, 1975. <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember LoCiairs, and seconded by Councilmember McLain, <br /> that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved as amended: <br /> <br /> App~ova! of City Council Minutes for July 14, 1975o <br /> <br /> Adoption of Resolution No~ 75-161, approving Claims for the month of June, <br /> 1975, in the amount of $453,496°64° <br /> <br /> co Adoption of Ordinance No. 763, amending Section 2-5.05~ 2-6o14, and Section <br /> 2-5.36, Chapter 2 (Zoning), Title II (Zoning and Development), and the addi- <br /> t[on of Article 32 (Hillside Planned Development District "H-P-D"), to Chapter <br /> 2 Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, all relating to <br /> hillside development. <br /> <br /> Adoption of Ordinance No~ 764, prezoning approximately 3.06 acres located at <br /> 3482 Stanley Boulevard, and known as Annexation Noo 69, from A (Agricultural <br /> as defined by the Zoning Ordinance of Alameda County) District, to C-S <br /> <Co~aerclal Service) District, to be effective upon annexation of the pro- <br /> perty and amending the Zoning Map accordingly~ <br /> <br /> Adoption of Ordinance No. 765, amending Section 2-7.08a, Article 8, Chapter 2, <br /> Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, to allow carpet and <br /> floor covering stores as a permitted use in the C-C (Central Commercial), C-S <br /> <Commercial Service), and C-R (Regional Commercial) Districts. <br /> <br />f.
