MINUTES <br /> of <br /> THE MEETING <br /> of <br /> THE'CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> June 3, 1980 <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Vice Mayor Walter Wood called the Budget Session Meeting of the City Council <br /> to order at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> The roll call is recorded as follows: Councilmember Butler and Vice Mayor Wood <br /> were present. Councilmember Mohr entered the meeting at 7:35 P.M. Councilmember <br /> Kephart and Mayor Mercer were absent. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. W. McCloud, <br /> Police Chief, Mr. Nelson, Police Captain, Mr. Harris, Director of Planning and <br /> Community Development, Mr. Cullum, Chief Building Inspector, and Mrs. Wagner, <br /> Director of Finance, were present. <br /> <br /> 1980-81 CITY OF PLEASANTON BUDGET REVIEW <br /> Council reviewed the 1980-81 Budget as follows: <br /> <br /> Planning and Community Development Planning <br /> Inspection Services <br /> <br /> Police Department .; <br /> <br /> ADJOURN}~NT <br /> There being no further business at 8:30 P.M., Vice Mayor Wood adjourned the <br /> Budget Session Meeting, to meet again in an Executive Session and Budget Session <br /> Meeting on June 9, 1980, 7:00 P.M., at the Fairgrounds Cafeteria. <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />/~4Z~ R.
