Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order <br /> at 8:00 P.M., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows: <br /> Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Uood, and Mayor Mercer were present. Mr. <br /> Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Warnick, Director of Public <br /> Works and Utilities, Mr. Harris, Director of Planning and Communit~r Development, and <br /> Mr. Swift, Assistant City Attorney, were present. <br /> <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following items be removed from the agenda: <br /> <br /> item 4d - Acceptance of Grant Deed from Genstar Development for Additional Public <br /> Service Easement - Tract 4850, Muirwood Meadows. <br /> <br /> item 12a - Request for Annexation of 60 Acres on Happy Valley Road (M. Grotenhuis). <br /> item 12c - Report on Complaint Concerning Creek at 306 Neal Street (Dr. Connolly). <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker requested that the following item be added to the agenda: <br /> <br /> item 13a - Ordinance Changing Project Size Eligible for Long Term Agreements from <br /> 100 Units Minimum to 50 Units Minimum. <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br />It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 1-22-85. <br /> <br />b. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-59, approval of fifth addendum to Ponderosa Homes <br /> Long Term Agreement and related agreement with Hansen/Mix family. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1178, approval of PUD-84-19, application of Richard <br /> Guasco et a! to fezone the approximately one acre site located at 3932 Old Santa <br /> Rita Road from the C-S (Commercial Service) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-Commercia! Services District. <br /> <br />d. Continue to 2-26-85, Acceptance of Grant Deed from Genstar Development for Addi- <br /> tional Public Service Easement - Tract 4850, Muirwood Meadows. <br /> <br />e. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-60, approval of resolution ordering the final accept- <br /> ance of Annexation No. 106 (Roman Catholic Church at the southwesterly corner of <br /> Sunol Boulevard with the proposed alignment of New Bernal Avenue). <br /> <br />f. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-61, establishing stop requirements on Sanderling Way <br /> and Sanderling Drive at its intersection with Woodthrush Road. <br /> <br /> <br />
