181 MINUTES of THE MEETING of TIlE CITY COUNCIL February 12, 1985 CALL TO ORDER Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 8:00 P.M., and then led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. ROLL CALL Deputy City Clerk Doris George called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Uood, and Mayor Mercer were present. Mr. Walker, City Manager, Mr. MacDonald, City Attorney, Mr. Warnick, Director of Public Works and Utilities, Mr. Harris, Director of Planning and Communit~r Development, and Mr. Swift, Assistant City Attorney, were present. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Mr. Walker requested that the following items be removed from the agenda: item 4d - Acceptance of Grant Deed from Genstar Development for Additional Public Service Easement - Tract 4850, Muirwood Meadows. item 12a - Request for Annexation of 60 Acres on Happy Valley Road (M. Grotenhuis). item 12c - Report on Complaint Concerning Creek at 306 Neal Street (Dr. Connolly). Mr. Walker requested that the following item be added to the agenda: item 13a - Ordinance Changing Project Size Eligible for Long Term Agreements from 100 Units Minimum to 50 Units Minimum. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, be approved: a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 1-22-85. b. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-59, approval of fifth addendum to Ponderosa Homes Long Term Agreement and related agreement with Hansen/Mix family. c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1178, approval of PUD-84-19, application of Richard Guasco et a! to fezone the approximately one acre site located at 3932 Old Santa Rita Road from the C-S (Commercial Service) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercia! Services District. d. Continue to 2-26-85, Acceptance of Grant Deed from Genstar Development for Addi- tional Public Service Easement - Tract 4850, Muirwood Meadows. e. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-60, approval of resolution ordering the final accept- ance of Annexation No. 106 (Roman Catholic Church at the southwesterly corner of Sunol Boulevard with the proposed alignment of New Bernal Avenue). f. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-61, establishing stop requirements on Sanderling Way and Sanderling Drive at its intersection with Woodthrush Road.
